Storage & cooking instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking instructions :
Remove the film from the tray. Put the tray in the center of the preheated oven at 180°C (th.5) for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.

Description

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: the garden snail, or Helix aspersa, is a type of escargot which is collected in an organic farm in the European Union. In addition to organic snails, the stuffing is made from organic ingredients: butter, garlic and parsley. The ESCAL preparation does not use any aroma, color or preservative.

THE RECIPE: This original and flavoursome recipe with butter, garlic and parsley will treat all the French gastronomy lovers to a meal.  The stuffing is prepared in Strasbourg according to our French gastronomy Chef’s recipe.

MADE IN STRASBOURG: Our bouchées are prepared with care in our Strasbourg unit from organic puff pastry, organic snails and butter stuffing prepared on spot.

AUTHENTICITY FOR COCKTAILS AND BUFFETS: Originals and easy to prepare, these mini vol au vent with organic snails can be eaten as an aperitif or as a starter, with a green salad.
