Curry Sauce

Ingredients
Wheat flour, scallops* 19%, margarine (palm fat, water, cooking salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, colouring agent: carotene), butter, water, cream, shallot, garlic, dill 1,2%, parsley 1,2%, cooking salt, curry 0,6%, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, milk derivatives, palm oil, egg white powder, lactose, extract of crustacean, maltodextrin, fish powder, herbs, natural flavourings, pepper, rape oil, milk protein, pea protein, whole milk, thickening agent: guar meal-xanthan.
* Scallops: patagonian scallops (A) Zygochlamys patagonica trapped in South West Atlantic or royal cloak scallop Chlamys nobilis from Indonesia (B) or from the Philippines (C) or Vietnam (D) trapped in Central West Pacific or queen scallop (Chlamys opercularis trapped in North East Atlantic (Irish Sea) (E) or pilgrim’s scallop (Pecten fumatus trapped in Eastern Indian Ocean (F)), or Argopecten irradians breeded in the US (G), see charge number.

Storage & cooking instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking instructions :
Preheat the fan oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove the frozen mini fishes from the packaging, put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and slide them into the middle of the oven. Depending on the oven, the baking time is 10 to 12 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended. Cool down for 2 to 3 minutes before eating the fishes.
