Prepared from refined seafood – salmon, shrimp, mussels – and garnished by hand, these seashells are as beautiful as they are tasty. Ideal for all your aperitifs and buffets, or even as a starter, they are ready after a few minutes in the oven.

Mix of fish and seafood (salmon 17%, mussel from the Pacific Ocean 16%, salted shrimp 13% (shrimp, salt)), water, butter, potato flake (dehydrated potato, emulsifier: E471, stabiliser: E450, spices extract, preservatives: sodium disulfite, antioxidant: Rosemary extract, acidifier: E330), parmesan cheese, whole milk powder, flavor (contains milk), truffel juice 0,5% (truffel Tuber lemanosporum vitt., salt), modified starch, Madeira wine, salt,  glucose syrop, spices, vegetables, death’s trumpet mushroom.

May contain: celery, egg, wheat, soy, crustacean, fish.

Storage & cooking instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 7) for 10 minutes.
Put the shells on a baking plate. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Serve hot.

Description
