Butter (milk) 45%, cooked snail meat Helix lucorum / Helix pomatia / Helix aspersa (mollusc) 24%, wheat flour and soy flour, garlic, shallot, rape oil, salt, spices, herbs, emulsifier: soy lecithin, celery.

May contain egg, wheat, soy, crustacean, fish.

Storage & cooking instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking instructions :
Preheat the oven at 160°C. Remove the frozen crispy wafer shells from the packaging foil and slide them with the aluminium plate in the middle of the oven. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, monitor the baking process. The crispy wafer shells are ready when the butter begins to sizzle.
